Dennis Baidoo, GStat, is a remarkable young statistician whose academic and professional journey reflects both excellence and innovation. A proud alumnus of Mozano Senior High School, where he graduated with distinction in 2016, Dennis has steadily risen to prominence in the field of statistics and artificial intelligence. He earned a First Class Honors degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Ghana, ranking among the top 5% of his class, and later pursued graduate studies at the University of New Mexico. There, he completed his master’s degree in Statistics and is now advancing as a PhD student, with his work recognized by induction into the Golden Key Honor Society and Sigma Xi for outstanding research achievement.
His professional experiences are equally impressive. As an AI Research Fellow at Algoverse, Dennis conducts research on statistical modeling for health applications, integrating machine learning to advance medical research. At the University of New Mexico, he has served as a Graduate Research Assistant, contributing to multi-site studies in medical practice, and as a Graduate Teaching Scholar, where he designed and implemented classroom interventions grounded in the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning.
