How to Complete Your Admission Online

Students who have been placed in the school through CSSPS should follow the steps below to complete their admission process.

Step 1: Purchase Your Admission Voucher

Before starting the online admission process, you must purchase an Admission Voucher.

To purchase the voucher:

Dial: *713*8849#

Follow the instructions displayed on your phone to complete the purchase.

Keep your Voucher Serial Number and Coupon Code safely, as you will need them to access the online admission portal.

Step 2: Confirm Your Placement

Visit the EntryLoom via https://entryloom.com/admission admission portal and enter your:

• BECE Index Number
• BECE Examination Year

The system will verify your placement and display your assigned school.

Check that the information displayed is correct before proceeding.

Step 3: Redeem Your Admission Voucher

Enter the Voucher Serial Number and Coupon Code you received after purchasing your admission voucher.

Ensure that the details are entered correctly.

Step 4: Complete the Admission Form

Provide all the required information, including:

• Student personal information
• Parent/Guardian information
• Contact details
• Academic information
• Other required admission details

Enter your information accurately and ensure that your names correspond with your official documents.

Step 5: Upload Required Documents

Upload clear copies of all required documents, including:

• Passport-size photograph
• Birth Certificate
• Any other documents requested by the school

Make sure all uploaded documents are clear and readable.

Step 6: Review and Submit

Carefully review all the information you have provided before submitting your admission form.

Once you are satisfied that everything is correct, submit the form.

After successful submission, you will be able to access and download your Admission Letter and other relevant admission documents.

Step 7: Download and Read the Prospectus

Download the school’s Prospectus and carefully read all the instructions.

Pay particular attention to:

• Items required for admission
• Reporting date
• Reporting instructions
• School requirements
• Other important information from the school

Important

• Make sure you use the correct BECE Index Number and Examination Year.
• Enter your name and other personal information correctly.
• Keep your voucher details confidential.
• Upload clear and readable documents.
• Review your information carefully before submitting.
• Keep a copy of your Admission Letter and Prospectus after downloading them.

Admission Process

Purchase Voucher → Confirm Placement → Redeem Voucher → Complete Form → Upload Documents → Submit → Download Admission Letter & Prospectus
