Accessing our School Information System (SIS) – A Simple Guide for Parents & Students

Our School Information System (SIS) is your one-stop online platform for staying informed about academic progress, attendance, and important school updates. Whether you’re a parent monitoring your child’s performance or a student checking your records, logging in is quick and easy.

Visit the SIS Portal

Go to https://portal.mozanoshs.org in your browser.

Log in as a Parent

Select the Parent Login Tab

Click on “Parent “ tab to open the parent login page.

Enter Your Student ID

• If you already know your Student ID, type it in.
• If you don’t know your Student ID, click “Don’t know the Student ID? Click here”, then enter your JHS Index Number to retrieve it.

Enter Your Access Code

• Your Access Code is usually sent via SMS to the parent/guardian’s phone number we have on file.
• If you don’t have it, click “Request Access Code” (next to the Login button).

Choose How to Receive Your Access Code

When requesting your Access Code:

• Option 1 – SMS: The code will be sent to the guardian’s phone number in our records.
• Option 2 – Email: You can enter a valid email address where you’d like to receive the code.

Important: Access Code Usage Limits

• The use of an Access Code is limited, this is always stated on the login page.
• If your Access Code becomes exhausted (used up), you can request a new one at any time by clicking the “Request Access Code” button and following the same steps above.

Log In to the SIS

Once you have your Student ID and Access Code, enter them into the login form and click Login to access the Mozano SHS SIS.

Log in as a Student

Click on “Student” tab to open the student login page.

Initiate Password Reset

• If you already know your Student ID, click on “Forgot Password / Set Recovery Email?”
• Enter any valid recovery email address. Allowed domains are:
  • gmail.com
  • hotmail.com
  • outlook.com
  • yahoo.com

Retrieve Student ID (if unknown)

• On the Student Password Reset page, click “Don’t know your Student ID? Click here.”
• Enter your BECE index number followed by the year you wrote the BECE.
  • Example: If your BECE index number is 0030540668 and you wrote the exam in 2025, your JHS index number will be 003054066825.

Provide Required Information

• Enter your Student ID.
• Enter your JHS index number.
• Enter a valid Recovery Email (required if not already set).

Send Reset Link

• Click on the Send Reset Link button.
• Within a few minutes, check your email inbox for the reset link.
• If you don’t see it, check your Spam/Junk folder.

Reset Your Password

• Click on the link in the email.
• Create and confirm a new password to complete the reset.

Now login with your student id and password
