Student Mate One (SM1) Tablet Use

Mozano Senior High School wishes to inform all students and their parents/guardians that the government-provided Student Mate One (SM1) Educational Tablets will be issued January 2026 under the Ghana SMART Schools Project.

The tablets are strictly for academic purposes and will be distributed only after the required consent and undertaking form has been duly signed by both the student and their parent/guardian. This ensures shared responsibility in promoting safe, disciplined, and effective use of the devices to enhance teaching and learning.

Students are reminded that the tablets remain government property and must be handled responsibly throughout their studies. Parents/guardians are encouraged to support the school in enforcing proper usage and care of the devices.

• The Consent and Undertaking Form can be downloaded from the school portal in the Document Center under the Resource Section in the left side menu.

Further instructions regarding collection, usage, and return procedures will be communicated by the school administration.
